Most popular peptides, what they do and dosage

As a business owner of a peptide company, I have researched all the peptides and the dosages etc. There are a lot of them out there. So I made a list of a few of the most popular and most effective one's in my opinion and gave a quick explanation in one sentence and then recommended dosage.

Healing Peptides

BPC-157

  • Explanation: BPC-157 is known for its healing properties, especially for tendon and ligament injuries.
  • Dosage: 250 mcg subcutaneously twice a day.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4)

  • Explanation: This peptide promotes healing and recovery, often used for muscle and ligament injuries.
  • Dosage: 2.0-2.5 mg subcutaneously a few times a week.

Growth Hormone Secretagogues (HGH)

Ipamorelin

  • Explanation: Ipamorelin is a growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) that stimulates the release of growth hormone.
  • Dosage: 200-300 mcg injected subcutaneously one to three times a day. Cycle for no longer than 8 weeks with an equal amount of time off.

Tesamorelin

  • Explanation: Stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone, often used for reducing abdominal fat.
  • Dosage: 1 mg injected subcutaneously in the evening.

CJC-1295 WITHOUT DAC

  • Explanation: CJC-1295 without DAC is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that promotes the release of growth hormone without the prolonged effect of DAC.
  • Dosage: A saturation dose of 100 mcg is typically used (1 mg/kg), as any higher dosage adds minimally to the pulse of growth hormone released. Administer subcutaneously, 5 out of 7 nights of the week before bedtime on an empty stomach for 6–8-week cycles.

Immune System Modulators

Thymosin-Alpha 1

  • Explanation: This peptide modulates the immune system and is often used for immune support.
  • Dosage: 1.5 mgs 2x a week for immune support

Thymalin

  • Explanation: Thymalin is a peptide used primarily for its immune-modulating properties.
  • Dosage: Typically administered at 10 mg every two days for a period of 5-10 days, repeated every 3-6 months.

Weight Loss Peptides

Tirzepatide

  • Explanation: Used for weight loss and can help with controlling blood sugar.
  • Dosage: 2.5 mg injected subcutaneously once a week for a month, then increased to 5 mg once per week for a month.
  • this once weekly shot can be broken up into 2 shots of 1.25mg if nausea is an issue

Semaglutide

  • Explanation: A glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist known for its ability to control appetite and support weight loss.
  • Dosage: Generally, the dose starts at 0.25 mg once a week and can be increased to 1-2 mg per week based on tolerance and effectiveness.
  • this once weekly shot can be broken up into 2 shots (half the weekly dosage 2 x's) if nausea is an issue

Retatrutide

  • Explanation: A new generation peptide with similar mechanisms as GLP-1 receptor agonists, aimed at promoting weight loss.
  • Dosage: the dose starts at 2 mg once a week for a month and can be increased to 2 mg per week every 4 weeks based on tolerance and effectiveness.
  • this once weekly shot can be broken up into 2 shots (half the weekly dosage 2 x's) if nausea is an issue .

Tesofensine

  • Explanation: Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor originally designed as an antidepressant. It is known for its strong appetite suppression and ability to increase metabolic rate.
  • Dosage:
    • Non-obese individuals: One 250 mcg tablet first thing in the morning on an empty stomach every day. Can also do 500mcg daily. Be careful because too much can cause insomnia and it has a long ha;f life, so it will be a couple days until its out of your system. So start slow!
    • Obese individuals: May increase to up to(1 mg total) per day if needed, although studies suggest 250 mcg to 500 mcg is usually sufficient.

Anti-Aging Peptides

Epitalon

  • Explanation: Derived from Epithalamin, supports anti-aging by promoting the natural production of telomerase.
  • Dosage:
    1. Russian Protocol: 1 mg injected every day for 10 days straight. Repeat this every 6 months (twice a year)

Skin Tanning Peptides

Melanotan 1

  • Explanation: Melanotan 1 is a peptide used primarily for skin tanning by stimulating the production of melanin.
  • Dosage:
    • Initial phase: 500 mcg injected subcutaneously twice per day.
    • Increase dosage: Gradually increase the daily dosage to 1.5 mg by the third or fourth day.
    • Cycle: Stop after one week and do not use for more than 8 months out of the year.
    • For spiritual connection and mood enhancement: 250mcg 2 x 3 times per week
